We are witnessing a shift in the nature and scope of terrorism, a transformation in the character of warfare, and the unraveling of traditional alliances. Institutions that once defined, monitored, and sustained these alliances have become dysfunctional, pointing to a fundamentally altered geopolitical reality that challenges the postwar global paradigm.
